SAMBHAR MILAGAI PODI





red chillies - 250 gm
dhaniya - 250 gm
pepper - 50 gm
turmeric sticks - 2-3
methi seeds - 2-3 tsp
thur dal - 100 gm

dry all the ingredients in direct sunlight,
grind it to very fine powder and store it
in air tight box
